WE NEED YOUR HELP

St. Paul’s Social Services is a vital and integral part of a network that meets the basic needs of people in London and the surrounding community.  St. Paul’s Social Services is an emergency Food Bank providing a three-day supply of food to anyone who comes through our doors five mornings a week.  Nearly 11,000 people (42% children) were served in 2017.  Our Fellowship Centre provides lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays each week.  We offer a bowl of homemade soup, a sandwich and a hot drink to all who come to our table.  Over 6000 lunches were served in 2017.

Through donations from local Community Gardens, farmers’ markets, the London Food Coalition and together with our partners at the London Food Bank, we are able to give out fresh produce at the Food Bank almost every day we are open and to include fresh produce in our Fellowship Centre meals.

Through our services we provide more than just much needed food, we also try to offer a compassionate experience.  This includes a warm welcome, a shopping experience rather than a basket of goods and support to our guests through friendly conversations with and referrals from our trained volunteers.

St. Paul’s Social Services is only able to do all of this thanks to generous donors who continue to support our organization. Unfortunately, London is changing, churches are closing or reorganizing, and our revenues are decreasing but food costs are increasing.  We need your help now more than ever.

Our goal this year is to reestablish a Friday meal program at the Fellowship Centre. Before we can do this we will need to ensure adequate funding.

Please Help Us Meet Our Goal This Year!

Yours Gratefully,
St Paul’s Social Services Fundraising Committee
